HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER

I use the following process for copywriting projects. 

• Exploratory Discussion – We discuss your project and schedule. I then deliver a written Proposal containing a Statement of Work and my Contract for Services.
  
• Contracts – To start the project, you simply approve my Contract for Services and remit a deposit.
• Kick-Off Meeting – I talk to the project stakeholders to make sure we’re all on the same page. We establish a project plan including  expectations, schedule, milestones deliverables, and sources of required information.
• Data Collection – I conduct research, obtain and organize source information, and conduct interviews as required to collect the raw information needed for the project.
• First Draft – I write and submit a solid first draft for your review and comments.
• Revisions – Your comments and revisions are incorporated, and the result is submitted for your review and approval. Most projects will include a first draft, second draft, and a final polish.
  
• 3rd Party Approvals – Materials that feature customers or other external entities must be approved for release by those entities. Note: this can be a lengthy and frustrating process.
• Final Product – When you’re happy with the product, I submit my final invoice.
• Debrief – After a project is done, I like to have a short meeting where we discuss what worked well and any possible areas for improvement.
